The main Kruger National Park is owned and run by the South African National Parks Board. As a National Park, it is owned by the Government. This part of the park is open to self drive day visitors and has a vast network of roads. The Kruger National Park also has several large restcamps that offer several types of accommodation options to suite most budgets.
