Buya Buya Travel & Tours is the result of our 10 year journey in the Greater Kruger Park
In 2015, fueled by their passion for the safari industry and driven by the desire to start a family, Nick and Candi embarked on a remarkable journey. Having gained valuable experience working at various safari lodges in the Kruger area, they realized the need for a new path that would align with their family goals while keeping them immersed in the industry they cherished.
With unwavering determination and a leap of faith, they set sail on a courageous endeavor, giving birth to Buya Buya. This venture allowed them to carve a unique space for themselves, where they could continue their love affair with the safari world while creating a nurturing environment for their growing family. Embracing the spirit of adventure and a deep-rooted passion, Nick and Candi embarked on a remarkable chapter that would forever shape their lives.

Patrick is a rock in our team, he comes loaded with a wealth of experience & is a very passionate about what he does. He loves spending time in the Kruger Park & giving his guests a well rounded safari experience.

Sam joined us in 2023 after a difficult period coming out of the Covid pendemic. He has immense experience as a tracker & through hard work & dedication, he has become a lead man when it comes to getting our clients between lodges.

Ronald has been associated with Buya Buya Travel for many years, starting in the early days as a freelance driver who assisted from time to time.
