Details & Itinerary
The Moholoholo Rehabilitation centre cares for wild animals which have been injured, or even poisoned in their natural habitat. They aim to rehabilitate the injured animals and release them back into the wild, where they belong. The problem is that some animals are so badly injured, they can never be released back into the wild to fend for themselves and the centre is a permanent home for some of these animals. Think of these animals like ambassadors to their species, the centre educates guests on the problems facing wildlife with particular focus on conflicts with humans.

MORE INFORMATION
The tour itself runs for about 2.5 hours, depending on the amount of people at the centre. It begins with a introduction by one of the guides, who will explain exactly what they try to achieve, with the aid of a projector and some images. Once the introduction is complete, the guides will split you into groups and lead you to the various areas around the centre, explaining a bit about each animal and how they came to be at the centre.
We include all transportation to and from the Rehabilitation centre in vehicles operated by registered guides, who hold all the necessary permits required. We will provide bottled water throughout the trip for you and include all entrance fee costs.
